With over 30 years of IT and Software Development experience,
Mr. Palmer has the background to provide a wide range of
IT related consulting services. His initial technical and
development work related to OS/360 and MVS. He later
managed the development of IBM's mainframe and PC UNIX
offerings. He joined Perot Systems 10 years ago and has been
assigned to establishing a global delivery capability,
account management, deal certification methodologies, project
audits and large outsource proposals.
